About Us

A group of enthusiastic commercial lawyers based in different jurisdictions within Europe, came together to form United Legal Network (ULN) in 1999 in order to cater to multi-jurisdictional legal requirements for their respective clients.  ULN members predominantly represent small and medium businesses, which require cost-effective yet quality legal services. By harnessing their professional relationship and being assured of each member’s highest professional standards, members of the ULN have been able to provide to their respective clients cost-effective legal services across various jurisdictions.

Over the years, through the collaborative efforts of ULN members, it has been able to provide an efficient and hassle-free local representation in multiple jurisdictions.  The members of ULN are chosen and inducted into the network after thorough due diligence ensuring maintenance of highest quality standards. 

The members come together at least twice a year at different locations to network, exchange ideas and strengthen their collective efforts to make ULN more attractive for the clients and potential members alike.  Apart from interactions at the ULN meetings and referring clients to each other, members often work together on multi-jurisdictional assignments, which results in forging deeper professional ties.  This also ensures in maintaining uniformity in quality standards in legal services.

With a presence in – European countries, ULN is a network of predominantly European law firms and lawyers.  However, it is expanding its reach beyond Europe.
